Charity Platform Fees Disclosure

At The Bradley Lowery Foundation, we value our supporters and the families we seek to help. We are transparent about fees taken from supporters’ donations through third-party sites and payment platforms.

Outlined in this document is a list of platform fees The Bradley Lowery Foundation pays on donations and fundraising tools:

JustGiving

Payments received through JustGiving are subject to a fee of 1.9% + 30p for Credit/Debit, Paypal, Google/Apple Pay, Bank Transfer, Direct Debit, Cryptocurrency.

Payments made through Text Giving and Contactless giving are subject to a fee of 5%.

For example:

When you donate £10 via Credit/Debit payment, The Bradley Lowery Foundation will receive £9.51 of your donation after JustGiving site payment processing fees.

When you donate £10 via Contactless Giving, The Bradley Lowery Foundation will receive £9.50 of your donation after JustGiving site payment processing fees.

When you opt-in to Gift Aid your donation, Just Giving apply a fee of 5% for proccessing and reclaim before paying out to The Bradley Lowery Foundation.

For Example: 

When you donate £10 via Credit/Debit and opt-in to add 25% Gift Aid to your donation, the payment processing fee is applied, as laid out above at 1.9% + 30p. With Gift Aid applied, your donation is increased by £2.50 (Gift Aid is calculated before payment fees are taken). JustGiving applies a fee of 5% for processing and reclaim to the GiftAid amout. After payment processing fees and Gift Aid reclaim fees, The Bradley Lowery Foundation will receive £11.89 of the donation.

Sum Up

The Bradley Lowery Foundation uses Sum Up platform for in-person collections within the community.

Sum Up applies a 1.69% in-person transaction fee on in-person Debit/Credit payments.

For Example: 

When you donate £10 via Credit/Debit at an in-person event or collection via our Sum Up payment terminal, The Bradley Lowery Foundation will receive £9.83 of the donation.

Our Online Shop – Paypal

The Bradley Lowery Foundation uses Paypal to process sales on our website shop.

Paypal applies a fee of 1.29% + 30p to any sale made through www.bradleyloweryfoundation.com.

For Example: 

When you purchase an item on our website shop for £10 via Credit/Debit, The Bradley Lowery Foundation will receive £9.57 of the sale.

Raffall

The Bradley Lowery Foundation use third-party site, Raffall, for online fundraising.

Raffal applies a fee of 9% commission on raffles on its platform.

For Example: 

The Bradley Lowery Foundation have a raffle uploaded to Raffal at £5 per ticket. When the raffle ends, we have sold 20 tickets and collected £100. The winner will be selected, and The Bradley Lowery Foundation will receive £91 from the raffle.

Donr – Text Giving

We collect donations via text giving with Donr.

For each donation made via text, Donr applies a fee of 5% plus VAT. 

For Example: 

When you donate £10 via text giving, 5% plus VAT will be deducted from your donation, and The Bradley Lowery Foundation will receive £9.40. If you opt-in for 25% Gift Aid on your donation, we will receive £11.90.
