The Jack Jeffreys Superhero Trust was created in memory of 4 year old Jack Jeffreys who sadly passed away after a brave and courageous battle with stage 4 high risk Neuroblastoma, which is a rare form of Childhood Cancer.
Jack fought so hard and with such bravery but the treatment did not work and there was nothing more which could be done. Jack gained his angel wings on Saturday 21st July 2018 just 10 days before his 5th Birthday.
In Jack’s memory his parents, Katie and Grant, created Jack Jeffreys Superhero Trust.
The Trust is supported by The Bradley Lowery Foundation and raises funds to give experiences and gifts to other families who are fighting childhood cancer. The trust also offer an afternoon in their executive box at Chalton Athletic Football Club.
Jack’s parents work incredibly hard to put a smile onto the faces of other children but they need your support to do so. To support Jack Jeffreys Superhero Trust please click the links below to follow and donate.
