Jacob’s successful op!
A while back we supported Jacob and his family to raise £15,000 for an operation to correct his chest which was affected by a condition called pectus which meant his chest was pressing inward onto his organs. Before his op Jacobs condition completely limited what he was able to do. He was excluded from many things as any time of physical activity was just impossible for him.
Now18 months post op, Jacob is able to thrive as any 16 year old boy should be able to. He is even able to go to the gym and enjoy activities with his family which he previously wasn’t able to!
BIG big thank you to everyone who supported Jacob’s campaign, as you can see from just these before and after pictures it was a huge success!
