Meet Vega!!!
Vega is a happy, sociable and very bright 3 year old girl. She lives with her parents, little sister and dog in Cheshire.
Vega was born at full term after a healthy pregnancy, but due to complications she was born in very poor condition and required resuscitation, subsequent cooling and stayed for a month in hospital. The brain injury she acquired resulted in Dyskinetic Cerebral Palsy, which affects her whole body.
So far Vega has had one round of stem cell treatment which has shown amazing results already, such as overall strength and trunk control improved as well as improved feeding efficiency.
Vega’s family have signed up with us here at the Bradley Lowery Foundation to raise £100,000 for multiple rounds of stem cell treatment for their daughter.
With such amazing results the first time around we are very excited to see Vega’s improvements after follow up rounds.
