Treatment for Tahnee!

Tahnee is 10 years old and has been in pain her whole life. She cant eat due to the stabbing pain in her throat leading to her losing over 10kg in weight. She suffers with tightness in her chest and constant stomach pain from hunger. Tahnee rarely sleeps and even when she does, it has to be sitting up. She also cannot run around or play like other children her age due to the pain.

After years of pain, research and trips to countless doctors Tahnee has finally had a diagnosis. She has no burp syndrome. Which like the name suggests means she is unable to release the gas from a burp which causes so much pain.

We are supporting Tahnee and her family to raise £12,000 for 3 potential rounds of private treatment to cure her condition.
