A new best friend for Edie! 

In October of 2022 Edie’s family signed up with us here at The Bradley Lowery Foundation to raise £8000 to fund a support dog for their autistic daughter Edie.  

Edie is a bright funny little girl, but sadly she finds life in the outside world hugely challenging. The anxiety that Edie suffers when being out of the home is so upsetting, she has meltdowns which can escalate very quickly and calming her back down is incredibly difficult. This is why Edie’s family wanted to get her an autism support dog. The dog is trained alongside the family to help ease Edie’s struggles and anxieties.  

We are glad to say Edie soon reached her target and was matched with her support dog.
