Max and Harry!

Harry get his support dog!

During the first lockdown back in 2020, Max was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. As well as global developmental delay, fine motor skills issues, difficulties with social interaction and understanding emotions. These things meant that every day life and the tasks that came with it were often very difficult for Max. Max struggled with the outside world more than ever and unfamiliar places were quite upsetting. Over time Max’s anxiety and stress caused melt downs which had been getting progressively worse and some have even resulted in injury. It was at this point Max's family knew they needed something to help support Max's needs! That's when they signed up with us here at the Bradley Lowery Foundation to raise £9450 for an autism Support dog. We are over joyed to say Max and his family hit that target and Max and his new dog Harry are best friends. Harry(the dog) helps Max every single day and now the pair are inseparable. Thank you so much to everyone who supported Max's campaign.
